Booking Terms

Version 2026-08-27 · Last updated 27 August 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply to free showroom and online project consultation requests made with Studio ByCristian B.V., KVK 72154500, at Van Beverningkstraat 101B, 2582 VC Den Haag.

2. Requests and temporary holds

Submitting the form creates a pending request, not a confirmed appointment and not a contract for design, renovation or furniture services. The selected slot is held for up to 24 hours while we review the request. A hold may expire if it is not processed within that period.

3. Confirmation and alternatives

An appointment becomes confirmed only when Studio ByCristian sends a confirmation. We may propose an alternative time. A secure response link allows you to accept or decline that proposal before it expires.

4. Price and scope

The consultation booking is free in v1. Any project scope, estimate, offer, schedule or contract discussed later is separate and becomes binding only when agreed in writing by the relevant parties.

5. Changes, cancellation and attendance

Please notify us as early as possible if you cannot attend. Studio ByCristian may cancel or reschedule for operational reasons and will communicate this using the contact details supplied. Repeated non-attendance may affect whether future requests are accepted.

6. Information and files

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and project information and for having the right to share uploaded files. Do not upload unlawful material, malware, unnecessary sensitive personal information or documents belonging to another person without authority.

7. Availability and liability

We take reasonable care to keep the booking service available and appointment information accurate, but temporary interruption may occur. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Dutch law.

8. Privacy and law

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by Dutch law. This text should be legally reviewed before public launch.
